I believe my PSU has failed but don't know for sure.

PSU: Phanteks Revolt Pro 1000W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Combo Supply

Came with pre-build bought back in Nov 2019 - not sure what the warranty is on this unit.

Tried to turn on PC today, circuit breaker tripped. Replaced 13A fuse in the plug but PC still won't turn on. Tried different sockets and not luck.

I've unplugged the back of the PSU, took it out and put cables back in from outside the case - not really sure if I've put the psu plugs in the correct sockets.

Inspected the inside of the case to see if anything is loose but aside from graphics card being pushing back in slightly from the position I found it everything else looks OK.

The PSU I have, I don't know of any known issues with them in terms of failures.

Is there anything I can do to test this unit to be sure it is this that has failed and not something else such as a short?

There's a hybrid button on the back of the PSU and I have no idea what that is for - I literally know nothing about PC builds other than the very basics, hence why this was bought pre-built.

Update:

I've contacted OCUK support as the unit is still under the 3 year warranty.
