Hello, please can you help me, I bought the SpeedLink Medusa SL-8790 Headset with amplifier 5.1 surround sound from OCUK a while back and its been amazing upto now, prob had it more then a year, but the head set part of it has broke, the amplifer works fine, can I buy the headset part from OCUK without the amplifier for cheaper price or do In have to buy the whole headset again? What do I need to do?

Cheers in advance,

This should be posted in the "Sound City" section.
This section is for serious discussions on newsworthy matters!

Don't worry a Don will move it.

:D :p :D :p

legendary !!!

best thing to do would be to send ocuk a webnote if you still have proof of purchase

it might be under warranty or something

I wasnt really looking for that kind of an answer, am more or less looking for how I can purchase just the head set on its own?

Cheers in advance,

I would personaly suggest you dont get more, I had a pair for a while then all of a sudden the right ear snaped off, sound still works but its sticky taped together and does not sit on my ear correct... While they are good headphones they are to flimsy However if you do a froogle search or such you should be able to find them on their own

I've went through 2 sets of Medusa's now, both broke at the same place yours did.

Next set i buy will be Senhieser, the 5.1 doesn't work properly on the Medusa's anyway.
