I bought a new case and received a ring of uranium, what do I do?

This came in the case, I'm pretty sure it's radioactive because it's metal and silvery.

What do I do, do I call the police? Am I gunna die from radiation positioning now? I did try to taste it but it has no taste..

you put it round your case wires. it's supposed to cut down on emi (or something)

try the following:
Pour Sulphuric acid on, and inhale the fumes.
Set fire to it, note results.
Fry it in some oil with kidney beans, eat for dinner, again, note results

That is not a ferrite bead, and nor is it uranium or will give you radioactive poisoning. Please read up on how much radiation will kill you before making these claims.

Sell it to North Korea or Iran.

I had exhausted all other senses. It didn't look, sound, feel or smell like anything, therefore my only option left was to taste it?

Its hard to believe that a company would ship you a sizable amount of very dangerous, very rare and very expensive radioactive material... thats how its hard to believe :rolleyes:
