Whats the difference with this - Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) and the normal one without stepping version is it better or worse?
and is this pc good value for money is it good?

D0 stepping is better for overclocking. My personal opinion is that the default case (Coolermaster Elite 335) is a bargain basement case and not suitable for a high end rig. There have been a few post's about Pre-built/bundle Core i7 rigs hitting high temps (80+ degrees) with that case and Titan Fenrir cooler combination.

I hope the overclock will be ok and not burn my pc out............ i wont try up the overclock for sure

Overclocking is relatively safe these days. Just keep an eye on the temps.

temps are a overclockers enemy does it come with all the extra fans for the spaces for them if not just add them and it shouldnt be too bad

Coolermaster Elite 335 is a very good budget case which delivers good cooling providing you stick a 12cm fan at the front. I've installed a few of these which high end components.. no problems ..
