What the internet provides for free is not a good place to start.


If you have a WD drive then there is a WD version of Acronis which does HDD copying and partitioning. Will not work if you don't have a WD drive.
 
I know what you mean OP. There are few good ones, though as suggested, gparted is the way to go in my opinion.

I've had problems with Acronis Disk Director just deleting my partitions in the past.
 
Windows has a built in partition manager that can expand, create and delete partitions or resize them down etc.

Works well....
