I can only afford one at a time...

OK.
I can only afford to buy one of these at a time...with a gap between purchases. So, what order?...Crysis, Bioshock and CoD4?

1 Crysis

2 Cod 4

3 Bioshock

Many ppl will tell you to buy Cod 4 first, just if you havent played Crysis yet its worth buying first to experience the breath taking graphics imo

1. Bioshock

2. CoD 4

3. Crysis

Crysis is good, but as a proper game it doesnt really cut it, Bioshock has a superb story line, and CoD also has a good story but incredible online play.

1. Call of Duty 4
2. Bioshock
3. Crysis

This. Bioshock is good but nowhere near CoD4.

And Crysis isn't worth the money at all really. It's all eye candy (and high requirements) and doesn't really have any spine to the actual gameplay.

Looking for a decent multiplayer, go CoD4.

Looking for a decent single player, go Bioshock.

Looking for graphically intensive game, that starts off good and rapidly declines, go Crysis.

I prefer bioshock, infact I sold my copy of Cod4 within a week and couldnt even see the point in buying crysis, but since you might want some multiplayer between games u should probably get cod

Call of Duty 4 will offer you one of the most intense single player experiences that you'll ever have played. That paired with the fantastic online play make it the best buy in my opinion.

Bioshock would come second as it has a great storyline and a great atmosphere. Although I feel the gameplay itself could have been better, on the whole, it's a great game.

Crysis has a certain novelty that quickly wears off. A great physics engine making it ideal for putting your (very) new rig through it's paces. The intensely high system requirements are reflected by the very high standards of graphics and physics. But I think you should only buy it for this purpose, as the gameplay gets very old very quickly. Don't even bother with the online play.

Cod4

ive been playing free for all , mostly all day! its mental having 40 odd people killing eachother left right and center :D

I would get COD 4 first out of that lot, because you would not only have th esingle player, but a fun multiplayer too, which will keep you busy for longer.

Then get Bioshock as you will have COD 4 for your multiplayer kicks.

Crysis would definitely be last on that list.

Though, and I know some people will disagree with me, but you can get Enemy Territory: Quake Wars for next to nothing these days and the multiplayer can be quite fun. You can pick it up for under £5 on an auction site.

Agreed, COD first but don't forget to buy BioShock. Best game in years for me. Loved every minute of it.

I'm still playing COD4 every now and then on the internet.

Forget about Cyrisis unless you like a bit of foliage ;)

The worst actualy gameplay of the lot is Bioshock because theres no penalty to dying. As in, you don't even go back, you instantly respawn a few meters away.

You are an immortal and undying god. You can kill EVERY enemy in the game by wrenching them, dying, wrenching them, etc etc etc untill they are dead.

CoD 4 then Crysis IMO.

For best value for money - CoD4

Because: It's single player is better than both the others

Bioshock has no multiplayer so if you want to play it more you have to start again. If you get Crysis, you will spend half your time just getting it to run smoothly

CoD4 multiplayer is also amazing and keeps you hooked for hours at a time, what with unlocking new weapons and attatchments, perks and paint jobs.

All in all Cod4 wins

imo...
