Depends if you have a PS plus sub
If yes : The crew / the order ( depending on reviews / gameplay ) / and the last of us remastered ( again that is if you don't have it ) If so then replace with probably gta V.
If no : a ps plus account for all the free games / and whatever from above you want really those are just my own picks
make sure to do your research first
don't end up buying a game you wont like then

Assassin's Creed Unity
Far Cry 4
I think that offers a nice bit of variety and plenty of hours worth of gaming.

For me I'd go with:
GTA 5 I never actually played this as I sold my PS3 before it was released to put towards a ps4 so I'm looking forward to this. Yes I realise I'm one of few people who hasn't played it.
Pro evo 2015, I find football games are one of few games that you can play constantly for 12 months, and pro evo for me is the more fun football game. I've got Fifa 15 but played more matches on the pro evo demo lol.
Little big planet 3 as I loved previous games, and this one contains levels from previous games, plus the new ones and add to that all the multiplayer levels people create you'll always have something to dip into now and again
