I can;t log into the ocuk website

any ideas as I am using the correct un and pw. I log in and it just ask me to do it again like nothing happened. I need to place an order asap and i can;t log in.

i had abit of trouble the other day trying to make an order that they said i had allready made, i gave it a hour and it was fine!
