I cannot install msi- mystic light sync?

ok so I purchased an msi board, went onto the msi website and tried to download msi mystic light sync. However after I download it I extract the files, and the only two files are:

mysticlight_SDK.dll and Mysticlight_sdk.h

However after these are downloaded I cannot do anything with these two files, they don’t install or anything.

Does anyone have any idea in how to get this program working or even installed haha?

Which board is it ? I get MysticLight.exe and a text document on the utility page for my board, you can always try downloading this one and see if its the same for all boards: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X470-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC#down-driver&Win10 64
