I Can't Change My Fan Speed

Hey all,
I recently bought an 80mm case fan as my system was getting a bit toasty. Plugged it in, it worked fine. All well and good.

The thing is, I have no control over the speed. It just sits at about 800RPM forever, and it doesn't really have an impact on the temperature. It's sucking out air, I currently don't have one sucking cold air in. I can't change it in SpeedFan, I've got the latest version. I'm pretty sure the fan has variable speed control. Any suggestions? My board is the Asus M2A-MX. I know it's basic, it was given to me in a system as a thankyou for helping out a local computer shop.

Cheers, Chris.

Cheers guys, I'll take a look at that, but I'm pretty sure my BIOS isn't controlling the fan. I'm using Cool n Quiet [I think] on the CPU, or the other option for that, but I'm not using one for the case fan. I'll have a look tonight and post back. Cheers, Chris.
