I can't decide a laptop to buy

hello there, wanted to buy a laptop for programming/working, but i cannot decide what to buy
My initial choice was a laptop with:
-cpu: A10-9620P (Quad-core / 2500 MHz - 3400 MHz)
-integrated gpu
-8gb ram ddr4 (2133mhz)
-1366x768
then adding a 250gb ssd, and +8gb ram

but I wasn't confident about it

my second choice was a laptop with:
-cpu: Intel Core i5 7200U (2500 MHz - 3100 MHz)
-integrated gpu
-6gb ram ddr4 (2133mhz)
-1920x1080
but i can't add a ssd or ram to this laptop right now

My budget was $550,If you have a better option for my, feel free to leave a comment

I think anything with a 1366x768 screen resolution should be avoided.
The CPU is much better in the second laptop, screen resolution is better, and down the line you can up the ram and SSD.
