I can't delete anything from my external HDD...

I just plugged my external hard drive into my Windows Vista machine and noticed that the "delete" option is missing when I right click on a file or folder.

I'm guessing it's something to do with permissions but I am logged in as administrator and I've never had problems deleting stuff from it using this PC before.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just turned it off and back on again and it seems to be working fine now... very odd.

this happens if you right click something too quickly. try it on any file and see. if you select it first and then right click, you'll get the proper context menu.

it's not a bug, it's a feature.
