I can't get on MSN or Lloydstsb.com :S

MSN says my keyports so i tried to fix that but it didn't fix it and I can't get on Lloydstsb.com either. I've tried restarting my router but this hasn't fixed it.

Is anyone else experiencing problems?

I can't access any teamspeak servers either
