For a quick OC I recommend setting the multiplier to 50 and vcore to 1.250v. Thats 5000MHz at a low voltage which I think your 9700K will manage!

Easier said than done I'm afraid, with these chips having voltage programmed in by Intel for that rises with multiplier is a pain in the ass, my vcore has gone up to 1.32 automatically just by changing the multiplier to 50x unless you set a manual vcore which i do not want to do and neither does the majority it's a pain in the ass and much more difficult than it was with my 6700k
