- Spread your hand on a table.
- Bring all your fingers into the palm of your hand, while keeping your hand on the table.
- Your fingers should be folded in from the knuckles. Your thumb, laid on the side of your forefinger.
- Bring only your ring finger, whilst maintaining the fist shape
- Now the challenge: Lift your ring finger at least 1cm above the table, using only the muscle of that finger to lift it
D) and not move any other part of your hand.

Before anybody claims that I am trying to say that this is an impossible challenge, when it isn't: This IS possible!
