Hi guys!

I hope you don't mind but I posted this thread in another forum and got some fantastic ideas but I would still like some more input into how to clean up the insides of my TJ07 build. To put it into perspective, I saw this a week ago:

And I'm so impressed by the tidyness of his setup that it has inspired me to 'clean up my act'!

Would any of the resident experts be so kind as to give me some tips as to how to make the insides of my rig look more professional like? The most recent pics I can offer you are these:

I've nicknamed my rig "Mucky Pup" (for obvious reasons!) and although I'd love to get that lasered into the side I dont think it's a particularly nice name for a PC considering the connotations :)

So what ya reckon? I noticed the awesome looking res in the featured build - it says its an XSPC Passive Res. Never heard of it! I think if I was to get rid of me Bay res that would help clean up the insides a little. What say you?! Also getting rid of the radiator in the roof is not an option as it shaves 8c off my temps!

Many thanks!

Tom

hahah already have one of them for music production mate !!! Gotta say - it is a thing of beauty inside that mac upgrading HDs is such a doddle!

Anyhow back to the thread my loop goes like this:

Pump->BRad->CPU->TRad->GPU->Bay Res

Dya think getting rid of the Bay res would help?

Thanks in advance!

OK I'm by no means an Expert at this but one very quick, easy & instant alteration that I notice he has done that makes a big impact is to turn the hard drives around so that all the wires and connectors are at the very front of the case out of sight.

Hopefully your SATA cables will reach or at the very worst you'll just need longer ones (although this will enable you to upgrade them to UV reactive if you wish so at least the bits of them that you can see look pretty).

Hope this helps,
Steve

mate that sounds like a plan! I'll do that when I get a spare mo!
