I.D This song before I go mad please

Its a dance tune I heard on the radio. Basically a girl with a high pitched voice is say 'ohh La - something I cant remember' She sings it pretty slowly

I know its not much to go on but I've heard it twice today and never caught the name/artist. Please help

First time I've heard that track. Just watched the video too and it's great. Although I kept getting distracted by spotting marks.
