I doubt OC will be able to help you as you're asking for something/ a device that you didn't buy from them. As above you can create a bootable "disk", but in the form of USB stick. On the bottom of the laptop could be a Windows sticker, you'll need that long code to activate, but also as mentioned above it could auto activate, which is the case when you tie the Windows account to an email address.
Official disks as far as i know are exactly the same as provided in the link above. The activation code is what you want/ are after, which you will already have. Even if there isn't a sticker, you can find out the code via command prompt, you'll need to search how to do that as it's been mentioned on here before.
