Anyway,

With a TV tuner card, which channels will I receive? Can you choose? Do the channels you get depend on the card you buy? :confused:

From my understanding all are the same with channels, you get freeview channels.

But you need a freeview aerial

The amount of channels depends on your aerial and what channels the transmitter you receive the signal from. Some transmitters are not yet 100% freeview digital as they still waste bandwidth with the old analogue signals. If you are on one of these you may only get some of the Freeview if you are further out. Some secondary repeater transmitters don't transmit all channels with good power.

With satellite TV cards it's different and I don't know anything about them.
