i dont know which to pick Plz help

Asrock are owned by ASUS.

you get more features for less money.

The UEFI I believe is the same style.

You have Ivy Bridge and PCI3.0 with the Gen3 boards.

After I had a faulty MSi P67 board followed by a faulty Asus P67 board I took a gamble and bought the Asrock P67 Professional Motherboard.

I was worried at first as i'd never had an Asrock board. However best upgrade decision I made, its the best motherboard i've had so far and i've had a few from Gigabyte, Asus and MSi over various chipsets. My i7-2600k is on auto 4.8Ghz overclock and never goes over 1.38vcore, I can also hit 5Ghz on 1.44v but i'm playing iot safe at 4.8Ghz. I know your after the Z68 version but i'd doubt the quality will be any less than my P67 version.

They are quality mobo's you wont regret it.
