I dont understand my upload speed

I am with Nildram, and I decided to see if i can get 8Mb line, yet, answer was no, but i can get a 6.5Mb line :confused:

anyway, i did there own speed test thing to see what my speeds where like and saw these :

download is right 2Mb line. but the upload is saying 126.30Mb which cant be right, i can only upload at 30k/s (256K)

Or better still, try a speedtest based in the UK, like ADSLguide's.

US-based speedtests are bad.

What's to be confused about?
You aren't getting an "8Mbps line" or a "6.5 Mbps", you're going to get a connection that'll do between 0 and 8Mbps. Where on that scale will depend on how good the line you've got is.

yeah, i often use adsl guide for testing :)

I was just a little confused becuase they stated that my line was 6.5 not 8, but yeah i will get anything "in between" :D
