I.E 10 Win 8 & Word dowloading docs

Instead of viewing on web site. This used to work before???
I can find nothing on the web for win 8. Can you help please....

id guess you mean you don't want IE to pretend to be word and open the doc..? you want it to either pop out word or ask what you want to do with the file? im being lazy and im sure there is a setting (that im not going to look up).. but if you reset IE back to default settings it will probably fix the issue..

cog, internet options, advanced, reset
