In the last 3 months i've owned an EVGA SC 980 Ti which i sold pre pascal hype , Zotac 980 Ti bought for£320 during pascal release which i sold for profit, EVGA SSC 970 to tide me over which i now sold. MSI 1080 bought used £570, sold a week later for £600 (performance disappointing) i''ve just bought a Zotac 1070 amp being delivered tomorrow. overall i've managed to make a little profit by selling / buying which will now take a hit due to this purchase however i think the 1070 will hold its price better in the used market than the 1080 when/if the 1080 ti comes out.

i've officially retired from GPU trading for the time being - now that i've got that off my chest, Has anyone else got a zotac 1070 ? none of the hardware sites have reviewed these cards only amateur youtubers which dont go into any level of desired detail.

Why does Zotac not supply review samples? i think the brand itself is fantastic.

I think the amp is the best price/performance for aftermarket HSF around based on what little info there is online and my experience with the 980 ti amp.

So after a frantic bout of card-trading, you're finally buying a card with near enough the same performance as the one you started with?

so depending how well this card oc's i may end up with a slower card... or faster, but probably slower.

financially im better off and had some learning experiences with different hardware. one man's meat is another man's poison as they say.

I did a lot of this, I ended up with a 1080, the 1070 was worst than the 980 ti and the kingpin worse than my titan x so yeh 1080 it is
 
I doubt you have made any money after fees and postage unless you have been selling them on gumtree or similar.
 
I've bought the zotac 1070 amp extreme and very happy with it.

Performance is brilliant, it keeps cool and I can't hear the fans when gaming.
 
So i've been and bought a 2nd one off gumtree for SLI, but the little bugger wont fit the SLI bridge because the zotac is too big!

FML! steal at £300 off gumtree tho its the gigabyte G1.

edit: the zotac is soooo much quieter at 75% fan speed. It seems the windforce cooler is so much louder compared to the MSI 1080 and Zotac 1070 cards i've had.
