bascially if i startto download too fast using something like bittorrent and use firefox at sametime i loose the interent and i have no clue why.

I can get really goodspeeds sometime without loosing the net, e.g. limewire i get 300kbs and fine but when using utorrent or any other program to download n i loose net trying to do 2 thgins at once at a high speed e.g. downloading 2 files at once going around 130kbs in total.

anyone know why this might be? my net is much faster then 130kbs so deifnetly not a problem with that.

tried using the speed test in the link provided but i got an error so used this one, seems be be a bit better then it used to be but is the resuls any good:

My interent connection is with virgin media and i got a 10mb connection afaik. What results should i be seeing?

Im on a network that apparently sorts out the connection stopping someone from taking it all and leaving everyone else with none, though im told it wouldn't cut me off, just soptm e going ott.

Everyone else on my interent is fine, they never get cut of downloading at fast speeds, just me. But sometimes if i get cut off it can stop them having the net and the onyl way to get it back quickly is to unplug the router with the power cable and plug it back in.

Im using a network card i think called Linksys LNE100TX Fast Ethernet Ad. I put this in as i hoped the problem was with the onboard network card but it didn't make a difference.

Its very annoying as surely if my net can't handle it it shouldn't let me go that fast?
