Basically I managed to get a virus yesterday and after a few runs of Spybot everything seems to be okay except one threat that it can't remove even after a restart just into Spybot. I don't think it's a threat though as it doesn't have a dodgy name. I know this isn't a way to decide what a virus is! I always thought Spybot was pretty could and easy as it just got rid of viruses no nonsense but this is the first time it hasn't been able to remove something. Is there something more powerful but and just as easy to use as Spybot? Thanks.

worth running combo fix and i like to use asquared just to make sure nothing else is on there. Combo fix wont work on windows 64 bit tho.
If it's also loading at startup you can hold CTRL during windows logon to stop application load then treat the offending files from there - I had this issue yesterday with a customer's PC as it would not enter safe mode so had to go in this way instead.
Whaaaattt? Never heard of that o_O
