I seriously thought it would never go away, but YAY!

Didn't you try using the freezy canister stuff?? I had a wart when I was 14 (super glue on an open cut on my knuckle) and the only sensible way to get rid of it was to freeze it out, when it dropped off it was really weird....

No, I ordered a tube of bazuka on march 2009, and it only just fully vanished.

But I will carry on using it incase theres some microscopic bits left.

I had a wart on my finger which was eventually removed with Liquid Nitrogen (Cryotherapy) by my GP.

You could have gone to the doctors and had it frozen off. My brother had been trying Bazuka for over a year and it diddnt work. Within 2 weeks of having it frozen it just fell off.

Yeah, but the damn things grow back in a matter of weeks....I even tried to dig out the (alleged) root of the one on my hand, but it still came back. (after the hole in my hand healed)

The doc said I was a nutter, froze it, tied it up, dressed it and after a couple of weeks it fell off and hasn't returned.

I tried picking it and scrubbing it several times until all the skin was broken and bleeding with a big hole left behind, but after it would heal up, there was the wart again.

The trick was to simply use Bazuka, but rather than reapplying it daily which was too much stress on the skin, use it every 3-4 days.

When I was doing my alevels I had one on my thumb after a while it spread a bit.

Anyway one day i burned it off with a lighter and cut the rest out, the rest shortly vanished.

I cant believe that cutting or burning them off would work, mine never went away even after digging the whole thing out several times.

I should have gotten it frozen sooner, but I dont like GPs.

I had a stubborn one on a finger for over 5 years. Tried everything from freezing to acid treatments to pulling it out. Got fed up with it after a while and just left it there. Eventually, one day it just started to shrivel up and went away by itself. Got a big scar where it was though.
