I hate City link delivery

Have been trying to phone them all day regarding a delivery. "Sorry, due to a high volume of calls, we are not accepting any calls. Please visit the website"

Shockingly poor service. They should have delivered my parcel 18th December, they have promised to deliver it today. Has not even made it onto the van. At least, I don't think it has, tracking has not been updated to say it is out for delivery, but yet the information says that it will be. I really do despise city link. I only ever have problems with them!

Have you tried contacting the delivery depot direct?

Numbers can be got from say no to 0870 ;)

Do yo think i should send these muppets an anniversary card? its one month this Sunday since they received my next day delivery's hope there enjoying them.

I hate them! they said they tried to deliver an item on two different days, both days i was sat in the front room and there was no card through the door!

Replace citylink for dpd and you have my story

same here

also the woman at DHL the other day reckons they are twice as busy as a usual january , she was blaming last week on people ordering things before the VAT increase as well as people who had been putting off ordering during the snowy peroid

I ordered from a Competitor* on Monday with delivery for today. After ordering they told me that the items are coming from two different warehouses, and as such may come in different vans but both on the specified day. I got a single City Link tracking code.

Yesterday the tracking said "on route to delivery depot", but it still says that tonight :(.

City Link did come today, with the first half of the items. Annoyingly the competitor thinks that Switches should be kept in the same warehouse as Windows 7 licenses, and SSDs should be kept in the same warehouse as network cables .

I'm usually loyal to OcUK, but they don't stock the switch I wanted to buy. And whilst on the competitors website buying the switch I noticed that they £8 cheaper on Windows 7 OEM and £30 cheaper on the SSD.

Ordered a pair of boots for my missus from Javari who 'guarantee' next day delivery if ordered by 11am, which I did. Delivery was meant to be on Thursday past. Tacking info shows the item arrived and was scanned at the Belfast depo on Wed evening and is supposedly in transit. However, website info hasn't been updated at all since then and when I call the local and national office its the usual 'high volume of calls' nonsense. Talk about an exercise in frustration plus next week there's a very good chance they will try to deliver when we're both at work! Gotta love these companies.

My DPD order was ordered on the 27th has finally been acknowledged as received so hopefully here on Monday. I was a bit angry to start with but even my post has been slow recently so it must be unprecedented levels this month.
