Hey

Citylink has managed to screw up my delivery again, this time with Modern Warfare 2 for PS3 which was supposed to be a gift for a birthday I'm going to tomorrow.

I know I should have ordered it earlier but they normally use special delivery which I haven't had any problems with.

I was wondering though, if I were to go out and buy a copy from the high street would I be able to return the copy I ordered online for a refund?

Edit: Sorry didn't write it clearly.

What I meant is if I bought an copy from high street store "A" at a higher price, then when my online order from "B" arrived take that to shop "A" for a refund, therefore not losing out on price.

I was just wondering if the bar codes and labels were likely to be different.

Doesn't matter now though as I've got citylink to return my online order.

Thanks anyway

city link i find are the worst delivery company out there :( ive never once had a good experiance from them.

id have thought providing you dont open the game, you should be able to return without much fuss.

As long as it is still sealed it can be returned under the DSR if done within 7 days. You will be liable for return postage.

If your still waiting for Citylink to deliver just refuse the delivery when he turns up and then tell the shop you no longer want it and get a refund.
