I hate itunes! Can sum1 help

Guys i've sync'd my itouch to itunes, its brought up a list of my music singles in the itunes music section..... But i have a 2nd HDD that has all my albums on... how do i import albums in to my itunes library?

EDIT: N/m done it! man this is hard to get used to!

File - Add to Library - select songs - Click Ok - Profit - ?????

Ok i've got all the songs and applications i backed up in library... how do i put them on the itouch now?

Sync your iPod touch again and all your songs should be on it after it has finished syncing
