I hate to ask but whats a *** software firewall !

I dread to ask this but for purpose of testing ill be using a speedtouch 330 usb and i need to install a software firewall of *** quality will be running xp pro but must not interfer with pc connecting to the domain !

any firewall that can be disabled once connected to the domain will be superb. SP2 firewall should be ok but depends what your browsing with etc.
