A spot is a spot surely? :o I have been informed that toothpaste may hold the key....any insight? <3

Toothpaste works actually, I've seen a friend do that. I am not quite sure how it work but it's probably from that "burning" effect.

Never had a single spot in my life thanks to the advice my dad gave me when i was 12.

1) Wash face with hot water several times top open pores.
2) Dab dry with soft cloth
3) Wash face with freezing cold water several times to close pores

do this several times a day and then put an emolient cream on at night :)

Never had a single spot and all the girls say i have a "smooth" face :p

And it's annoying me.

Best method to remove spots? :)

 @ at mustard comments.

Heat a needle, let the needle cool, pierce the spot... this will avoid the tissue and pus trauma that will usually arise from squeezing and reduce the chances of the infection spreading
