I have been called upon :3 HELP! please!

Okaaay basically ive seen how great some of you are at specing a computer with just very little information and i would like to call upon you to help me out a little bit

There is a budget set in place of £750 and i have some minimum requirements...
I7 3770k
The Motherboard has to be ITX
Nvidia Gtx 770 preferably 3GB
Minimum of 8Gb Ram @ Minimum of 1600MHz
PSU

with a H80 Referb...i have already pulled out some items but i want to know what you think first :3

This computer will use a 27" 1080p monitor and we have the mouse and keyboard already along with an SSD and windows..So yeah

They want reassurance that i know what im taking about, Its stupid really :c
and i know pretty much nothing about ITX motherboards and psu's

Don't think you get 770s with 3GB VRAM so that'll be a tough requirement.

I'm confused - are you asking for the best build for £750, or you asking for the best budget for those components?

What will this machine be used for? It seems like a gaming build to me, but why would they want an 3770k?

I'd be looking at a 280X Toxic GPU, 4670k. Also that PSU is an awful choice, look at getting a Antec/XFX/Seasonic unit instead, for one card, 550w will do.

On my phone otherwise I would spec you something.
