Some says a rolled up sheet of paper to your ear but may still be hard to pinpoint if GPU or PSU.

i have the noise is so loud i cant pinpoint it !

High frequency sound is highly directional but it also bounces off any hard surface, which makes it very hard to locate. I would try to use those facts to locate it. For example, if you wave a small piece of carpet inside the PC it will absorb the sound instead of reflecting it. The closer you get the piece of carpet to the sound the more it should be muffled.

Have you recently changed anything out? Chances are it's either GPU or PSU though

Roll up a piece of paper and put to your ear. First check it's not anything else. I have a USB mouse receiver which often makes a noise that drives me mad

Does the whine get louder when gaming? If so it's almost certainly gpu. Psu for some reason usually emit constantly
