I have installed Windows 10. Sound stutter

This is driving me insane. When I game, when I'm on youtube the sound continues to stutter and have sound spikes. Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of it?

What do you want to know about my system?

At the moment the sound is running on an asus xonar DGX 5.1

The game lags out every 2 seconds with audio lag. I have the setting on 800x600
so its not the frame rates

like I dont know what to really do. Before the update of windows 10 it was working smoothly and now all I get is lag on most games. Driving me up the wall

also the sound lag is also through twitch and most streaming sites.

Update:

When I play a youtube clip it will have sound stutter at the sound then once the video is loaded properly the sound will become normal.
I think that this also happens in the games that I play hence the constant stream of sound needed to play online.

Update:

I have disabled Onedrive on the start up and that might be the problem.
Cross my fingers it is

yep CSGO is playing perfect now.

So all I had to do was disable onedrive from system configuration

So the problem still exists. Not as much as before but it still stutters

Ok so I think what worked for me was the update from NVidia. Also I turned off Infinite HD and OneDrive from system configuration. This drove me crazy, especially playing comp. on CS GO. If you need any help just ask I will try my best to answer.

I didnt change anything in the BIOS however.
