I have Internet but no access

Hi all

My computer is saying I'm connected to the WiFi and loads up the Google home page, however it will not let me access any website or the steam app... On the Internet it says

This site can't be reached..

Any ideas please

Have you tried changing your LAN settings to manual and changing the DNS server to something like 8.8.8.8 (googles)?

can you access the internet from another device?
can you ping steam.com?
