All of these freebie sites seem to have real ease in getting referrals. I got this mate and he's got a freebie site which has only been live for three days and he's already got 6 referrals all signed up and he's just started a blog which had only got 20 hits today, he did something and it's now had 180 hits in just three hours. I have no idea what's he's doing. My site has been live for two days and only one guy has signed up,

What can i do?

My friend will not share his method as he wants to get all the referrals coming to him.

Please help, we need to open the big think tanks on here

You know a site, that offers free gifts to people that sign up to referrals and complete an offer. Then refer their friends. Everyone gets a free gift. My site at the moment offers a PS3 only.

He means like freepay.com . Allowing you to collect free laptops and wiis. It does work but I put far too much effort into my single attempt.

I was very skeptical about these at first, but a friend of mine signed up to one at Sixth form and he got a free Dell 24" LCD monitor. The way we were doing it got sussed in the end though so I couldn't get mine :(

This is not a pyramid scheme

Pyramids get you to subscribe to a membership that you upgrade yearly.

This is simply likes those companies that have for years been saying something like 'move over your gas bill to us and we will give you free membership for 6 months to a Gym. Well these companies have been quite clever, nowadays people don't want gym membership they want free consumer products. Now you can't call a highly reputable gas company a pyramid scheme.

You might also want to take a look at my new investment scheme. Now, this isn't one of those shady pyramid schemes you've heard all about in the news; no, our model...is the trapezoid! Guaranteed tapered-off returns of 1000% in 5 years:
