I have no hosts file?

I am running Vista Home Premium 64bit (with Admin privileges)
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts - No such directory
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ - No such directory.
I have even done a search - to no avail

Any solutions?

You could create one. If there isn't one there, then you probably haven't needed it.

Just a text file without any file extension.
