i have noticed that on a few screen shots of peoples pcs that they have like custom toolbars and start up u know in windows this the best way i could explain it but you might know what i mean all i want to know is where do you get them from ?

second thread where i have seen someone crop up with crap like this.

Infection, check out www.deviantart.com for themes and such which can be downloaded to your pc, you can use a couple of programs for modifying windows, winblinds and also style xp.

Another good one to look for would be objectdoc, this gives you a tool bar which you can load up with icons which link to apps and games you want to launch.

It's not crap though is it- why should I bother to read a thread and help the person if they can't be bothered to type it out correctly?

It's not to do with the way I am though is it. I'm just pointing out that people are less likley to help if the OP can't be bothered to take a couple of minutes to check their post for spelling etc- it's the same with l33t speak though- people will rarely help if a post is full of plz, *** etc.

No need to snap, I'm merely making a point :)

What? :confused: Was there really any need for that? :rolleyes: I suggest that you take your comments elsewhere- if you object to my point then maybe next time you may go about saying so in a more mature manner instead of going about it with the mentality of a three year old.

look sorry for the spelling and such but i do have problems and i keep pointing this out i try to correct what i can but some stuff i cant help.

anyway i used the secound link but when i got it up it caused problems when i went in to battlefeild like closing it down. when i uninstalled it it worked fine.

any ideas ??

That's not my problem- I normally do try and read posts and help if I can. What has annoyed me however is you comment above :rolleyes:

If you are talking about custom themes and stuff (Here's mine) then you will need a uxtheme.dll patch like the neowin one. Be careful using it though as if it doesn't complete it causes all sorts of problems. The theme I am using BTW is LE5 from deviantART :)
 
Trigger you just don't get it do you , You come in this post at post number 6 and pass a comment on what somone else has said , No attempt to answer the OP's question .

You then go on to make another post arguing with a comment that is made about your comment .

You then come at me for cracking a joke about you .

You then state that your not infact botherd about the OP's gramma and that your more botherd about what i have said . :confused:

All of witch offer no aid OR help to the OP's question , I just don't get it .


Anyway ... Life carrys on and i still have a boot skin and don't know how to use it :D

I'm sorry if I've offended you, but I did not see your 'joke' as funny. When I was commenting about the grammar, I was talking more about the forum in general with people not bothering to write words out in full and make no attempt to spell things properly and it just gives a 'can't be bothered' impression to others , that's all :) And if you look up you will see that I have helped the OP, I don't think I can help you however as I have no knowledge of bootskins, sorry :cool:
