hi i have one pixel in my monitor but i dont know if it is dead or stuck pixel./

can you tell me please if this pixel is dead or stuck.?

and how i can fix one stuck pixel?

i have one foto

this pixel which i have is white as you can see in the foto.

A dead pixel is always black, but that doesn't look like a pixel... it looks far larger than that and is an irregular shape. A single pixel is very small and square. You could have a cluster, but it's unusual to see a cluster of white like that. It may be another problem. What do you see on other colour backgrounds? Have you tried these tests... https://jasonfarrell.com/misc/deadpixeltest.php

what is a cluster?

i tried this program that you told me and when i put the red background i see one white small dot..pixel.

in another colors like blue background the pixel i cant see..
when i put the black background i cant see the pixel.

when i put the green background the pixels is like black.
when i put the white background i cant see the pixel.
so this pixel is dead or stuck?

Technically I'd say that's stuck, but if black on the red, maybe the red sub-pixel is dead, I'm not sure. There is not much you can do about it really. Some people have said massaging the screen very gently has helped, sometimes they go away on their own, but in most cases they will just remain. If dead though, not much you can do. Maybe covered under warranty, but often they aren't.

I edited my first response... it may actually be dead on the red sub-pixel, I'm not sure. Stuck CAN be fixed, but it's very hit and miss, and often not. Dead ones won't be fixable.

in the red background the pixel is white and not black.

when i put the green background the pixel is black.

this i said.

but tell me something why in the green background the pixel is black.? is the GREEN BACKGROUND color that make the pixel black? OR IS DEAD BLACK PIXEL?
I MEAN WHY IN the red background the pixel is white and not black.??

I really don't know... but knowing won't change anything, nor will it help you fix it.

It's a group of stuck sub-pixels, which explains why you get different effects based on the background colour. There is some hope that they can be fixed using an application, or just in time they will fix themselves.
