that's still problematic though - all the games need to be in one place so if you have a 40+GB steam folder, you can't put any on your 64GB solid state drive
 
Most games on Steam are actually fine to move to a different drive to the others. I use Steam Mover to move the actual files to my SSD and then set up a junction point on the large HDD with the Steam install on it, so the PC still "thinks" the files are in their original place.
