and I can't find the answer to the issues anywhere.

First my specs

i2500k
Asus sabertooth z77
noctua dh-14
corsair tx650
asus gtx670
corsair vengeance low profile 2x4GB
corsair 600T
OCz vertex 120 SDD
seagate 1TB hard drive

Settings I have used for my overclock

multi 45
turbo enabled
ratio 45
all power saving off
offset + 0.0015
ram 1600MHz with timmings 9-9-9-24

Originally I left EIST and c1e enabled but now have disabled them as occasionally my system would not POST then it would reboot and everything would be ok. Now I would really like to be running at 1.6 when the system is idle but I dont want this issue with no POST happening.

With EIST c1e enabled and disabled my system will pass IBT at very high for 20 passes (havent tried more than that) and will pass prime95 which was run for over 6 hours. My max temps in IBT are 67 degrees c and prime 58 degrees c

I have tested the psu with a multimeter and even used a secondry seasonic power supply from old 4GHz e8400 build. Also checked connections and looked for cracks in mobo just in case.

Does anyone know what the issue may be with the no POST and how I can overclock with EIST etc on? I have not changed anything like LLC etc. I am also not sure wether my ofset is correct my VID is 1.3611.

Have you tried it with a fixed voltage instead of a offset one? i would get random BSOD with offset and was much more stable with a fixed voltage.

Need some more information as well really. how many ram slots are you using?

lists all your voltages PLL etc... and what have you done with the core current values?

sorry using 2 ram slots 2x4GB A2 B2 slots RAM voltage set to 1.53

all other voltages have not been changed vcore set to ofset 0.015 which gives me a vcore at full load of 1.36

As said above I have re enabled power saving and set LLC to high.

Here is everything I have before I change anything again.

Ai Tuner - Manual
BCLK - 100
Asus Multicore enhancement - enabled
Turbo by all cores - 45
Internal PLL overvoltage - Auto
memory - 1600Mhz
EPU power saving - disabled
DRAM timing - 9-9-9-24 2T
CPU voltage - +0.0015v (1.36 in cpu-z)
DRAM 1.53
VCCSA Auto 0.025v
CPU PLL Auto 1.819
PCH Auto 1.062
CPU Spread spectrum Auto
LLC High
CPU voltage frequency Auto
VRM Disabled
CPU current capabilty 140
Thermal control 130
Everything else is Auto.

can you check that VCSSA voltage, it seems wrong? mine is 0.925v.

what motherboard do you have? up the core current limit to 200 and if you have a power limit setting up that to 200 as well
