I seem to be a magnet for bad luck most of the time. One of those people that when presented with a 50/50 chance, will always lose 100% of the time. It's the more the volume of times I have bad luck, as opposed to how bad the luck is.

Friday - Graphics card dies i my computer
Saturday - On board sound dies on my computer
Sunday - Dog eats the remote control for my sound bar
Monday - Internet doesn't transfer from Sky to Plusnet, I now have no internet
Tuesday - Due to said lack of internet British Gas couldn't install my Hive

I'm dreading getting out of bed tomorrow for fear of what else is going to go wrong.

Is it just me, or are any of you consistently unlucky as well?

Pretty sure you could list a dozen things that you're happy about and thankful for, or indeed that make you luckier than most? Focus on those.

Could be worse, you could be in the Trump administration who are unable to find all the light switches in the White House.

Those things sound annoying but not exactly stuff to make you fear getting out of bed. First 2 are probably related, third is a pleasure of owning a dog :o but shouldn't cost much to replace, fourth is expected with BT Openreach and fifth just re-book, at least the heating still works. :)

I'm not a big believer in the whole positive mindset stuff but if you feel unlucky then you are more likely to focus on the negatives rather than sorting them out.

5 minutes

Turning on computer - 1 Minute
Loading up web browser and navigating to chosen website - 30 seconds
Choosing material to watch - 2 minutes
Pleasure time - 20-30 seconds
Wash up time - 1 minute

It takes at least 30 minutes to choose the material, and it's increasingly more questionable as time goes on. Then you have the regret time afterwards.

When they do, they must attempt a hard perception check; on critical failure, there's a 50/50 chance of sudden death from electrocution; Bannon's the DM. Game on.
