I just bought a 30D !

Well i was going to wait until september but the comapny i work for had the 30D for less than anywhere i could find online and then i got 10% off that price. Then i bought via an Egg link and i should get 10% cashback.

If so the body cost me £600

One question, am i right in thinking the batteries from my 300d will not work in the 30d ?

300D batteries are the same as 10D/20D/30D : Lithium BP-511/512 & BP-511A

The battery grip won't fit though
