I just built a new PC and have an issue with file transfer speeds.

It’s an x570 Strix-I 5800X3D with a gen 4 Samsung 980 NVMe on Windows 11. I’ve also updated the BIOS to 4403

Is there any common known issues with this? I first noticed when transferring my old files from a USB 3 drive and it would only hit 20MBps. Then I plugged in another one and it shot up to 150MBps, then went to 0 and then just kept shooting up and down rapidly. Transferring from both also causes the PC to slow down and my mouse to stutter. I tried transferring files from nvme to a sata drive and it’s the same issue.

I’m hoping there is a common problem that there is an easy fix to. Thanks.

That looks like you downloaded the windows 10 drivers not the windows 11 drivers....

No, it just doesn't like being installed on Windows 11, I tried a fresh install and it still hated it. I tried Windows 10 and it was fine... obviously I picked the 11 drivers for 11 and 10 for 10. I would complain on their forums but I made an account and it won't let me post.
