I just received my pc, first time turning it on and the LED flashes once and nothing turns on

I just bought my pc and received it today, it’s a OcUK gaming glacier gigabyte vision RTX 3000 series gaming PC, I plugged everything in and turned it on, the LED flashes once and nothing turns on, it’s Sunday so I can’t call anyone so can anyone please help, I’d really appreciate it
