I killed a spider tonight :(

I always try and catch them and put them outside, but he was intent on running under my bed so I had to use fly spray (nerve agent for insects) and found him ****** up in the corner. He was a big beast but he had to go. I hear the south of England are getting some pretty mad insects these days... Hornets and what not?

It was only looking to mate with your face during the night.

I was thinking that - then I torched him. The spiders are definitely getting bigger. They are squaring up to me..... But Lynx + lighter = Tatty bread.

At work we used to put a drop of paint/varnish on them, and wasps, quick flick of the zippo and they burn pretty well.

I hear ya ! The black and yellow *****s deserve to die. lol ! Apparently spiders here can't do you any harm, but judging by the size of this boy, he was feeding on me for months. Tatty bread now but

Nope Flushed him down the toilet, feel bad I as never kill spiders. This beast just had to go but.

I feel cruel Don't normally kill spiders but if this fella escaped we would have giant spiders invading the whole country. Either that or he would have me bitten stupid in bed at night. All spiders in the UK can bite and all of them have venom.... It's not as powerful as my fly spray but

If these wee ******* are setting up home in the UK then we need to wage a war against them. Only a matter of time before the real McCoy starts appearing with so many ships coming back and forward...
