1. Lay bike on side
2. Sit on floor next to bike
3. Put your feet on the top tube and the top of the rear tube
4. Pull saddle, using entire body
5. ????
6. Profit
 
UPDATE

I got this sorted the other week. I took it round a friends and we put the seat post top (saddle was removed) in a vice. Three of us then put all our weight into twisting it round. The vice spun on the desk. We tried again different angle and after a bit of effort...finally...crack! It spun a few mm. We then rocked it back and forward whilst pulling. Massive workout doing it but after about 3 minutes of pulling and twisting it came out. Arms were dead. :) Happy ending.
