Hi Guys,
I have seent his setup before so i know it is possible but im just not sure how.

I have a lexmark E460dn Printer with 3 trays attached. What i want to be able to do is setup all our computers with this printer but, and its a big but. I want to be able to select each tray as if it was a different printer? Hope this makes sense.

To break it down further

Tray 1 would be Printer 1 - Normal Printing
Tray 2 would be Printer 2 - Letterhead Printing
Tray 3 would be Printer 3 - Envelope Printing

I think i need to setup each tray as if it has a different IP address therefore allowing me to add them to the clients as different printers?

Any ideas how to go about doing this, we have windows 2k3 server running aswell so i could set this up to handle all the printing if needs be.

Your best bet would be to install 3 drivers and have each one configured for the appropriate tray. Then just rename the drivers - normal , letterhead and envelopes. So when the user prints they simply select the relevant driver for the job :)

As he said install the driver 3 times then set the default printing option for each to Normal, Letterhead and envelopes
