Look at the size of the primary drive from the bike in the left lane! Must be some amazing power transmitted through that belt.

If you have ever stood next to one of these when the throttle is blipped you will know what it does to you...the vid is good but doesn't do it justice!

I used to go to santapod over 30 years ago and when the top fuellers appeared the sound would resonate your chest, back then there was a grand stand at the back of the starting grid with a wire mesh fence to stop debre flying into the crowd i see it's been removed by the look of the video, shame because the sound at the back in the stand was ******* mental you could also go into the pits and watch them work on the bikes e.t.c not sure if you can now.

ps. My old man use to sneak us in for free in the back of a transit

Edit: The bikes have come on a long way since then they were more double engine affairs then but the funny cars and top fuellers rattled your brain.
