Just downloading from a site, using stardownloader and got this:

it did hit 3500kbps!

Can grubble at that for speed.

I can highly recommend star downloader for anyone that isn't getting full speeds.

20 megabits = 2 560 kilobytes

People that arn't getting full speed get Star downloader and set it to 10 strings. Sorted

On the 20MB plan, you have to download more than 3gb in a single night to see it, which is pretty high I feel.
